OEM Group announces the sale of the business to Perrin & Partners

OEM Group Ltd and Secureseal Systems Ltd announces the sale of the business to the private equity group Perin & Partners.
Commenting on the sale OEM’s Managing Director, Cameron Grant said

“As owner and MD of my 47-year-old niche family company I had often struggled to identify the profile for any would-be buyer of our bespoke-product OEM/SecureSeal Group, also I held subsequent trepidation on how complex and lengthy a sale process might probably be.”

Grant added,
